A brief write up in the Star Tribune about the current reality of people like me who are trying to build neighborhood scale developments. To me, this lawsuit is summed up as: using concerns over the health of our environment (good) to stop new homes from being built in a place with water, sewer, electricity, gas, internet, roads, & transit service.
