What a way to cap off a beautiful weather week—a room filled with goodness and anticipation that spring is right around the corner.?Kristi Fox shared her insights on healthy accountability and how it's shifting mindsets in the work at Securian Financial. Kristi left the room with a powerful reminder: the best leaders focus on being the best?for?the team, not just the best?on?the team. Good Leadership coaches Angelique Obiri, Kelsey Meyer Schalkle, and Joseph Lippold shared key insights from the Healthy Accountability research, highlighting its impact at the organizational, team, and individual levels.?Breakfast participants then took part in a table workshop designed to help them identify the mindset, skills, and behavior shifts needed to strengthen healthy accountability within their organizations. It was a fantastic way to kick off the 2025 Good Leadership Breakfast year.
