Grateful to represent Good Eggs this past weekend at ClimateCAP, an initiative focused on educating future business leaders about the impacts of climate change and how to address them through business practices. I had the privilege of sitting next to the venerable ?? Alice Waters (!) of Chez Panisse Restaurant fame and The Edible Schoolyard Project, John Foraker of Once Upon a Farm, Stephen Hohenrieder of Grounded Capital, and Jamie Horst of Traditional Medicinals to discuss the role of the private sector in making the oft otherwise overlooked sustainable and equitable food system mainstream. From investing in responsible supply chains to creating products that prioritize both people and the planet (not easy...), I walked away from the discussion energized, hopeful, and more committed than ever to the work we’re doing at Good Eggs—proving that commerce can be a force for good.

We had the privilege of hosting the bright minds from University of California, Berkeley Haas Business School, Economics, and beyond as they presented insights from their student project on Good Eggs last week??????. Their work—spanning focus groups, peer benchmarking, and weeks of in-depth research and analysis—provided fresh perspectives that we deeply appreciated. Through discussions, a deep dive into our business model and mission, and a behind-the-scenes tour, we explored Good Eggs’ purpose-driven approach and strategies to strengthen its short- and long-term goals. Connecting with these future leaders was truly energizing. Thank you for your passion, curiosity, and insights!??
