    BRINGING YOUR OWN AI? Our latest research reveals that 68% of sellers bring their own AI to work. That means two-thirds of sellers use tools that aren’t part of their organization’s current tech stack. While BYOAI offers flexibility and empowerment for individual sellers, it poses many challenges for the sales org. Here are a few to consider: -Fragmentation: When each seller uses different AI tools, it creates a fragmented tech stack, making it difficult to integrate data, deliver a unified buyer experience, and maintain consistency across the team. -Data Privacy and Security Risks: Different AI tools may have varying levels of security protocols, raising concerns about data privacy, compliance, and leaking IP or customer data. -Lack of Standardization: Without a unified AI platform, managers may find it challenging to standardize workflows, metrics, and processes across teams. -Potential for Inconsistent Outcomes: Different AI tools produce varied results leading to inconsistent performance across sellers. AI is here to stay but to avoid these pitfalls, leaders should conduct an audit across their team to understand the tools, use cases, and results that each seller realizes from AI.     THE ANATOMY OF A PERFECT COLD CALL State your name and company name. “Hi Nicole, this is John from Gong” Use this opening line: “How have you been?” State the reason for the call. “Nicole, the reason I’m calling is…” The last part is the most important. Providing the answer as to why you’re calling keeps you in control of the conversation. It’s hard for a buyer to ask, “Wait, why are you calling?” when you just shared the why. Put your buyer's mind at ease by using this phrase. Plus, it increases your win rate by 2X (!)
