In training module you can: -Register all Training Courses/Modules that compose your company’s business requirements; -Define validation period for each training, and show whenever it’s expired for each user; -Record all training sessions and its participants; -Maintain a training profile for each user, containing all training performed by each individual, with all its details and valid/expired indication; -Under Certificates (Oil) you can define the training program necessary to achieve that certificate; -Under MOC (Oil) you can define all the new training that is necessary when planning changes within your company; -Under Permit and Certificate Types (Oil) you can list all the necessary training that needs to be performed to emit/maintain a permit or certificate, which can later be associated with a Permit to Work record, increasing worker safety and procedure compliance; -Under Crafts (Oil) you can define which trainings are required for each function; These are just the out-of-the-box functions. Maximo is very popular for being highly configurable and customizable, it would be a simple task to extend other areas to make use of Training module's benefits.
