关于我们
The heart of any community is its people. For more than 85 years, our commitment to our customers and the communities we serve has remained steadfast, going far beyond offering great food, selection and low prices. We’re also proud to lend our support to many charitable organizations and events that make a real difference in the community, and it’s why we say, “We’re not just in your neighborhood, we’re your neighbor.” We donate funds, in-kind and promotional support to national, regional, and grassroots causes, from Feeding America and Disabled American Veterans to local fairs and festivals, collegiate and youth sports teams, and free ticket printing and free cups and napkins for fundraisers. We see strength in diversity, and we celebrate the multiformity that makes our community stronger. We lend our support to cultural happenings, urban community programs, and events that promote the exchange of cultures that brings us closer together. The Golub Family, Price Chopper/Market 32 and Price Chopper’s Golub Foundation have all been recognized for their service to the community, including national, regional and local awards for fundraising, philanthropy and excellence in giving.

Being a neighbor isn't just part of a slogan, its how we enjoy partnering with our community in many different ways. Sharing information with current and future leaders, helping people understand what goes into our business, and showing that there's opportunities beyond what you see in our stores as loyal customers - all that is important to us. Best of luck to the newest cohort of the Leadership Capital Region!!
From Schenectady County to 130 stores in six northeast states, the Price Chopper Supermarkets-Market 32 team logs nearly 10 million miles each year to make sure you have a quality meal on the dinner table. Our class went to the heart of the operation, the grocer's Distribution Center in Rotterdam, to learn the complexities of the business firsthand. Thank you to Price Chopper & Market 32 for welcoming us in and your commitment to community! Capital Region Chamber

It was an honor to attend the 14th Annual To Honor & Serve Veterans' Breakfast, hosted by the Capital Region Chamber. The Price Chopper & MVP Health Care organizations were proud title sponsors of the event. Director of Community Relations for Price Chopper & Market 32 Supermarkets, Pam Cerrone, volunteered as one of the servers to underscore the spirit of the gathering, ensuring the veterans felt the small gesture of our immense gratitude. Representing the many veterans at Price Chopper & Market 32 was long time teammate and Center Store Specialist, Tim Massey. Tim served in the Army for 4 years, from 1987 until 1991. He was stationed in FT. Bragg, NC, Camp Casey Korea, and FT. Campbell, KY and was an Administrative Specialist and a Forklift Operator.? When asked about his service he stated "When I look back on it. I was proud to be of service to protect the greatest country in the world and the people that live in it.?Serving in the Armed Services really gave me the start in life that I needed to step me in the right direction. I joined for the opportunity to pay for college but actually found something else which was myself.?The slogan that the Army uses “to be all you can be” is true. You actually have the opportunity to do just that." We send a huge THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE to Tim and the many veterans at Price Chopper & Market 32 Supermarkets. They share similar stories of pride, honor, duty and sacrifice. We Salute you. #VeteransDay #Thankyou #Service #Community

It's National Disability Employment Awareness Month and we are so grateful we didn't miss the bus on hiring Katie Kelly. She's one of more than 350 of our teammates who make shopping at our stores a warm and welcoming experience. Katie joined our partners at NEW YORK STATE OPWDD to show what can happen when you #EmployAbility: https://lnkd.in/e56hwAGn #NDEAM #Inclusion #Disability #Opportunity
