Previously, Lilian was the Director of Workforce Development at OCHIN, managing a $25 million grant portfolio and leading career advancement initiatives at over 200 Federally Qualified?Health Centers (FQHCs). As Regional Deputy Vice President at Community Health Center Inc., she expanded healthcare access through telehealth, supported Afghan refugee services,?and improved cultural competency training for providers. Lilian also directed programs supporting 22,000 individuals annually at the Community Action Agency of New Haven (CAANH),?securing significant funding through grant management. Earlier in her career, Lilian supported the President at the Special Olympics World Games and has instructed in higher education at Post University.
