When I left Google in 2019, two of the things I missed most, were (a) golinks and (b) moma. With a little searching, I quickly came across GoLinks.io and I was happy again :-) Across two different companies, I've seen my productivity increase and my connections to my colleagues strengthen as I've used GoLinks and GoProfiles (basically, moma) to organize data, find people, browse org charts, send and receive badges, and so much more... Far and away, my favorite feature, is the Maps function in GoProfiles. Working at a globally distributed company, I often use it when I'm traveling to find nearby colleagues. I totally forgot I had a colleague in Minneapolis, but GoProfiles reminded me and she joined us at a hockey game...I was passing through Fort Collins one afternoon and GoProfiles reminded me I had another colleague there and she joined us for lunch....I was just in Portland and we arranged a company happy hour all because GoProfiles reminded us of all the folks we have in the area.
