Congratulations to clients Parag Mehta and Nancooar Rajcooar on the closing of New Penn Development! The project is 10 scattered sites in East New York and will yield 73 apartments built to passive house spec. Upon completion in 2027, the apartments will rented to households earning 60% AMI and less, many of which are earmarked at 30% AMI or less. Incredible!
