On this day 50 years ago in Atlanta, Georgia, Henry “Hank” Aaron broke Major League Baseball’s home run record that had stood for nearly 40 years. Today, the Atlanta Braves held a special ceremony honoring Mr. Aaron for not only one of the most memorable moments in Braves history, but in all of baseball. The Goldenrod team wishes the Aaron family congratulations on this significant day. We are very grateful for the lasting legacy that Hank Aaron created, and we thank the Aaron family and all those associated for their continued support of our project in outfield. What a great honor for our very own Zach Wiegert. We are honored to have collaborated with the US Navy, Archrival and COJMC on this incredible project.
I was honored this week to be presented with a memento from the USS NEBRASKA SSBN 739 and Vance Scott Commanding Officer. This was for our collaboration with the US Navy, Archrival and COJMC. Our hotel in Lincoln, NE, The Scarlet Hotel, Lincoln, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, inspired the U.S. Navy to name their staterooms in a similar manner. We had engaged the team at Archrival to write unique stories of nearly 150 Nebraska cities and towns. We shared these stories with the U.S. Navy, along with more than 2,000 photographs depicting each locale which were captured by students from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Thank you to Dale and Randy from the Big Red Sub Club for presenting me with this memento.

Exited to be working with Zach Wiegert and John Zogg and the Goldenrod Companies Team! This will be an meaning redevelopment for the City of Forth Worth!
Goldenrod Companies’ updated proposal to develop the Community Arts Center at 1300 Gendy Street has been shared by Historic Fort Worth, Inc. The plan is one of two finalists, along with a proposal from Garfield Public/Private LLC, to redevelop the site in accordance to an RFP the city of Fort Worth issued last year. Goldenrod’s plan preserves the W.E. Scott Theatre, using it as a centerpiece for the site, while the remainder of the existing art center would be demolished. New construction would consist of: -New art studio and gallery space -A new black box theater -A 13-story, 177-room hotel, which would include meeting space and a restaurant. -Two 13-story residential towers with 250 units (including living spaces for artists)? -Art incubation space on the ground floor of the residential buildings.? -New outdoor spaces, including a stage, arts plaza and community plaza. Omaha-based Goldenrod Companies is developing other mixed-use projects in the Cultural District area, including the Van Zandt project on W. 7th and 1001 University, both of which are set to break ground soon.
