Mentorship is the foundation of great leadership. Recently, the Golden Warrior Project had the privilege of hosting a virtual panel for Howard University Army ROTC program. Cadets had the unique opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from currently serving officers, who shared invaluable insights about their military service and leadership journeys. Empowering the next generation of leaders through mentorship is how we continue to grow and thrive.

“Reflecting on Platoon Live Fire, it’s evident that a Platoon’s performance is often a reflection of the months of preparation. Commitment to training, empowering subordinate leaders, and understanding your role are crucial steps in this preparation”. Platoon Live Fire is the culmination of months of training and hard work for an Infantry Platoon, serving as the closest simulation to combat. Check out our latest post at Golden Warrior Project, where Patrick Brundidge Jr, PMP, current Rifle Platoon Leader for 4th Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, shares valuable lessons he learned while preparing his Platoon for success at Platoon Live Fire. https://lnkd.in/gKrZ8hTF
