Mentorship is the foundation of great leadership. Recently, the Golden Warrior Project had the privilege of hosting a virtual panel for Howard University Army ROTC program. Cadets had the unique opportunity to hear firsthand experiences from currently serving officers, who shared invaluable insights about their military service and leadership journeys. Empowering the next generation of leaders through mentorship is how we continue to grow and thrive.

We are proud to announce a new partnership between Golden Warrior Project and the Female Mentorship & Morale Program, led by Colonel Clydea Prichard-Brown-Upthegrove The Female Mentorship & Morale Program is a Secretary of the Army-endorsed, all-inclusive grassroots initiative within the Army. It is dedicated to providing mentorship, personal and professional development, and support for female soldiers. Together, we are committed to building a stronger, more unified force. Join us in giving a warm welcome to the Golden Warrior Project’s new Head of Membership, Steven Aristizabal! 1LT Aristizabal hails from Charlotte, North Carolina, and is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte 49er Battalion. Recently, he deployed as a Postal Platoon Leader to Erbil Air Base, Iraq, with the 82nd Airborne Division in support of Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR). Through the Golden Warrior Project, 1LT Aristizabal strives to equip and connect individuals with the knowledge and resources needed to attain professional success in the Officer Corps. Welcome to the team, 1LT Aristizabal!

Mentorship is essential to the development of a leader. At Golden Warrior Project, we offer three services. Join us as a mentor and use your experience to guide, support, and advise cadets and junior officers, helping them achieve their professional goals. Become a mentee and receive personalized guidance and support from an experienced mentor. Noticing the lack of mentorship opportunities for officers in the military, Patrick Brundidge Jr, PMP , and Roxana Pozos founded the Golden Warrior Project. The organization is dedicated to supporting soon-to-be and current officers by fostering professional growth, retention, and career success through mentorship and community engagement.
