I counted this morning. There are about 150 people that have taken unchecked political power to another level in California government…a level I never thought I’d witness after decades in politics. The Governor, a few Democrat statewide officeholders, Democrat legislators and the staff surrounding them think they are smarter and better equipped to make decisions than the 40 million people living in our state. Having the supermajority in the legislature wasn’t enough. Holding every statewide office wasn’t enough. Controlling all the statewide agencies wasn’t enough. Now they are strong arming and manipulating our right to petition, qualify and vote for ballot initiatives. I’ve hoped for many years that Californians will finally figure this out and vote for change. Now I’m desperate for it. We don’t have to agree on everything. But if you’re with me on fixing homelessness, spending tax dollars more efficiently instead of wasting them, enforcing drug crimes, and letting business and employers thrive to support our economy…Give Republicans a chance this cycle on all levels. One election cycle at a time we can build back and save our precious California. https://lnkd.in/gWPqRPsN
