Job Fairs and Connections: We can also save you the time and expense it takes to plan and execute a successful job fair or introduce you to a smaller group of candidates during our monthly job connections. Training Reimbursements: Access to training funds that can pay up to 50% of the necessary cost to train your new employees. Job Skills Training: Not hiring? Upgrade the job skills of your current workforce with our no-cost program. Job Seekers: Whether you’re looking for your first job, a new job, making plans for a career change, adding a skill, or going back to school, we want to help you succeed and give you the tools needed to reach your full potential. No-cost services include: Basic Career Services: Career center resources, free workshops and soft skills trainings are available to you anytime through our self-directed services. Individualized Career Services (Requires WIOA Eligibility): A step up from our basic career services, you will receive customized services from career counseling & assessments, resume development, job search assistance, application assistance, and even interview preparation. Training Services (Requires WIOA Eligibility): Financial aid may be available to help with vocational training programs and certifications. Need work experience or want to change careers?
