We want to help you find, hire and retain skilled workers. Ask for help with: Recruitment Assistance: Let us do the work for you. Whether it’s access to our network of job seekers, marketing for open positions, job skills assessments, or an interview space, we are here to help. Job Fairs and Connections: We can also save you the time and expense it takes to plan and execute a successful job fair or introduce you to a smaller group of candidates during our monthly job connections. Training Reimbursements: Access to training funds that can pay up to 50% of the necessary cost to train your new employees. Job Skills Training: Not hiring? Upgrade the job skills of your current workforce with our no-cost program. Job Seekers: Whether you’re looking for your first job, a new job, making plans for a career change, adding a skill, or going back to school, we want to help you succeed and give you the tools needed to reach your full potential. No-cost services include: Basic Career Services: Career center resources, free workshops and soft skills trainings are available to you anytime through our self-directed services. Individualized Career Services (Requires WIOA Eligibility): A step up from our basic career services, you will receive customized services from career counseling & assessments, resume development, job search assistance, application assistance, and even interview preparation. Training Services (Requires WIOA Eligibility): Financial aid may be available to help with vocational training programs and certifications. Need work experience or want to change careers? Ask about our Internships & On-the-Job trainings.
