    been offline for several days but December has officially become Gold Level Talent's single biggest month of 2024 with 4x placements across clients! a few high priorities going into 2025: Graphic Designer: - seeking more animated-style graphics + illustration exp. is super ideal - requires building on PD's designs, reels, website graphics, social content - North and South America ideally (possibly Europe, not Asia) - HTML*, After Effects, Adobe Suite, etc. Product Designer: - can build off product/work that has already been in place - organize Figma's, facilitate hand offs, ensure everything documented - ability to move fast, maintain high attention to detail - solid portfolio of work and startup experience - located in North or South America will list other open roles in these last few weeks of 2024!

    new Gold Level Talent client signed last week provides the newest example of how we support clients from Day 1. I often mention on client 'pitches' that we are highly likely to deliver at least 3-5 qualified candidates into the client's inbox within 7 days of signing terms... the 3-5 candidates are profile submittals, not booked interviews. but... last week, we signed a new client and the time stamps included: - 1st interview scheduled within 24 hours - 2nd and 3rd interviews scheduled within 48 hours - in less than 7 days, 7+ first interviews have been scheduled we aim to avoid overpromising and underdelivering, as we would rather overdeliver after discussing realistic expectations. this team is looking to make 2+ hires before Christmas, allowing us to focus dedicated efforts on a timely hiring campaign. drop me a DM or email (address in the comments) if you need to hire and want to see candidate delivery results similar to this!
