Gojo is pleased to announce that we have successfully completed USD 233 million in Series F equity finance and debt finance combined to support our growth. We raised USD 122 million (JPY 17.5 billion) in Series F equity financing and USD 111 million (JPY 15.9 billion) in debt from Japanese financial institutions. It was an absolute pleasure to host the Gojo & Company, Inc. from Japan at Prayas Financial Services Private Limited. On July 29, 2024, the team visited our Agra and Firozabad branches. In Agra, they inaugurated our new regional office and visited the field to meet our customers, gaining a firsthand understanding of our processes and policies. On July 30, they visited our Head Office in Gurugram, where they interacted with our MD and CEO, as well as the senior leadership team, to understand Prayas from a technical perspective. On July 4, 2024, we celebrated Gojo's 10th anniversary with a shareholders' event, followed by an offsite with our members, Board, and Gojo Group companies. Over the past decade, we have continued to pursue our mission to extend financial inclusion across the globe, and we remain committed to this cause.
