    The sales pipeline is the ultimate reality check. It doesn’t lie, sugarcoat, or exaggerate. It shows you exactly where you stand and what needs to be done. There’s no magic wand to fill the pipe unless you call efficient systems and good hard work, magic. I’ve noticed outside of the tried and true cold calls and emails, we sometimes forget how to optimize our pipe by doing one or all of the following: ~ Leverage referrals. Nothing moves faster than a warm intro. Happy customers are some of your best sales people. (Referral hack: I’ve asked customers to post in Facebook comments when a creator asked what the best outside sales software is. That way the creator and multiple visitors are seeing all of our customers talk highly about us and all the sudden the inbox starts pinging.) ~ Content marketing. Create valuable content that addresses your target audience pain points and draw inbound leads. ~ Social media. Go to where your ICP lives. And in most cases, they are scrolling TikTok and reels at night just like you. Engage them there. ~ Relationships are king. Network like your (pipe) life depends on it. Cause it does.
