More than a century after having first been proposed by Einstein, the Special Relativity Drop Conjecture has finally been validated - just a week before his birthday! In case you forgot, here is his hypothesis: A small object accidentally dropped on the floor will travel at the speed of light and in a nonlinear direction to a distance from the drop location that is directly proportional to the immediate usefulness of the object, and to a space that is inversely proportional in size and illumination to the square of the object’s replacement cost. Objects of exceptional monetary value or paramount personal significance - i.e., those that exceed either Bohr’s Replacement Expense Limit or Feynman’s Maximal Sentiment Boundary - will continue moving in accordance with Newton’s First Law until they come to rest in another dimension.
