Kansas City's latest CAVA is open in Merriam! This 2,500 SF tenant finish project went into a first-gen shell at Merriam Grand Station (Drake Development, LLC) and included a full kitchen and pickup window, dining area, patio and restrooms.
We have wrapped up at IMAGE Studios in Lee's Summit, our fourth IMAGE Studios in the KC metro. This location was our largest to date, located in the Summit Fair Shopping Center.? ? The project included 8,100 SF of salon studios consisting of 40 individual suites. Scope or work included demolition of existing retail space, upgraded electrical service and rooftop HVAC equipment and full tenant finish.
Five Guys Enterprises has made a major upgrade with their new location in Overland Park, KS. Congrats to Jody, Greg and the entire Hyde Park Ventures team on their continued success! This 2400 SF restaurant remodel included full demolition, construction of new kitchen and dining area on an expedited schedule.
KC’s latest IMAGE Studios is complete, and she is a beaut right in the heart of Lenexa City Center! This is a great home for some of the best independent stylist in the area!? ? Residents of Shawnee, your wait for Five Guys is over! All of your needs for Burgers and Fries can now be fulfilled at the northwest corner of Quivira and Shawnee Mission Parkway...? ? This remodel projects was a 2,300 SF restaurant space for a counter-service burger concept, including full demolition, construction of new kitchen, dining area and patio and exterior fa?ade improvements completed in May 2024.
Congrats to Chris and the entire team at Anytime Fitness on the new location in KCMO!
