The radical transformation of?Cosentino's Market?in Brookside is complete! A huge thank you to the Cosentino's Food Stores team for their trust and support through this project, as well as all our subcontractor partners that made this a success! This project included an expansion and remodel of a 25,000 SF grocery store while the location remained in operation. Scope included sitework and utility upgrades, a building expansion, full exterior facade upgrades, new/upgraded MEP and refrigeration systems throughout and full tenant remodel with added and relocated departments.

Penny's in the Village is officially open! We were very excited to be tapped to build such an incredible restaurant into such a fantastic space in the Shops of Prairie Village. Penny, Doug, Michael and team are going to wow the folks of PV with this one!? ? Project included an extensive remodel for a 4,970 SF high-end, full-service restaurant and bar located in the Shops of Prairie Village including fully renovated kitchen, dining room, patio and a new craft cocktail bar.

We have wrapped up at IMAGE Studios in Lee's Summit, our fourth IMAGE Studios in the KC metro. This location was our largest to date, located in the Summit Fair Shopping Center.? ? The project included 8,100 SF of salon studios consisting of 40 individual suites. Scope or work included demolition of existing retail space, upgraded electrical service and rooftop HVAC equipment and full tenant finish.
