Here's the scoop: While Copia typically partners with third-party delivery services for donation pickups, its new feature connects local nonprofits and food recovery organizations (FROs) directly with donating businesses—AND compensates them for their efforts! ?? That means nonprofits get the resources they need to continue their vital work, and businesses get to maintain their cherished community ties while meeting sustainability goals. ???? CHLA is partnering with Copia, an innovative technology helping to redistribute surplus goods - food, clothing, and more - to local nonprofits. Copia's app will automatically match any available donation items to local 501c3 organizations in real time, provide transportation, and send donation receipts for record.
