We are delighted to share the fantastic news that Justin Balancio has been promoted to Senior Sales Manager at GOCAL - Greater Ontario California! This promotion is a testament to Justin’s hard work, dedication, and outstanding contributions to the GOCAL sales team and the company as a whole. Since joining GOCAL in April of 2022, Justin has played an integral role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and mentoring colleagues. Justin’s strategic mindset, innovative approach, and ability to navigate challenges has made a significant impact on our sales operations and overall success. In this new role, Justin will take on greater responsibilities, including leading key sales initiatives, expanding market opportunities, and further enhancing our customer engagement strategies. His leadership and vision will be instrumental in driving GOCAL’s continued growth and success. We are confident that Justin will excel in this position and continue to inspire the team with his passion and expertise. Please join us in congratulating Justin on this well-deserved achievement! Please join us in welcoming our new Director of Marketing and Communications, Kelsie Woodward. Kelsie will lead our expanded marketing and communications department for all assets of our operation to include GOCAL, Greater Ontario, California, GOCAL Events, Ontario Convention Center, Toyota Arena, Stage Red, and many more. Kelsie joins us from her most recent role as District Director of Marketing in Saint Louis, MO, where she led a wide range of different marketing and communication initiatives for multiple facility types including entertainment venues. I am confident that Kelsie’s background and experience in digital marketing, strategic planning, content development, brand awareness, collaboration, revenue generation, communication and leadership will serve us well and guide our efforts into the future.
