As we gear up for a busy open enrollment season, make sure your open enrollment communications are: ??clear, repetitive and concise ??consider a drip campaign in the weeks leading up to the first day of OE with reminders on flex deadlines, OE education opportunities, HSA tips and tricks, and more! ?? don’t try to incorporate reminders on other less important benefit info - save that for year round communication ?? remember to include communication and education options for spouses, varying shift and non-English speaking employees Talk to Bell Insurance today on how we can help!

Every Monday morning we (Bell Bank employees) receive an email from Julie Peterson Klein with some kind words of encouragement, fun fact, request for pet photos etc. The subject line is "Happy Employees! Happy Customers! Happy Monday! In the short time I have worked for Bell Insurance, I have come to appreciate these on Monday mornings. It's such a great way to start off the week. This weeks email was about today being "National Give Something Away Day". A great way to remind us of our blessings and encourage us to share them with others. Whether it be: donate items to a thrift store/non-profit, buy someone a meal, handwritten note of appreciation or even as simple as giving a smile away to someone that might need it. The possibilities are endless! If you share a blessing today, please let me know below! I'd love to hear a all the great ideas. Happy Monday! P.S.
