How to find automation opportunities in your GTM workflows… ?? Sit with your reps to understand how they work. Speaking on The SaaS Revolution Show, Go Nimbly CEO ?? Jen Igartua explained: “Go and sit with your reps…do you have a process? You might think you do and then find everybody's doing it differently. Look at areas where it's really painful for them. You'll be surprised how they pull lists, how they add people on LinkedIn, how they prepare for meetings. All of that as such an opportunity for automation.” ?? Armed with opportunities ripe for automation–look at the tools that can help: - Prospecting and pre-meeting research: Tools like Clay can pull a prospect’s LinkedIn activity, company information, and relevant industry insights in seconds. - Post-meeting summaries: Gong or similar tools can generate instant summaries of key discussion points, saving reps from manual note-taking. - Lead scoring: AI-driven scoring models can help reps focus on the leads most likely to convert. Hear more from Jen in the full episode of The SaaS Revolution show with Alexander Theuma. In the full conversation, they dive deeper into the top tools for RevOps and GTM teams, why relationship-driven selling is making a comeback, and more! Who else gets TRIGGERED when they hear "lead object"? The amount of BS we as operators have to endure because of this?data model is ridonculous. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS - it comes back to the data model. It'sthe core building block of an efficient GTM engine. In order to get that sweet sweet automation, you need the architecture and clean data right. You can't be out here running AI scraping claygents and building reneWal opportunity flows if you don't even tag your customers correctly. Say it with me ? NEVER - DISRESPECT - THE - DATA - MODEL ? What are you doing to deal with the oldest conflict known to RevOps.... the lead and contact object? -------------------------------- PS: I need to set the record straight - The desk is not a green screen!!!! You can visit it, the folks at Clay let me build it in their NYC headquarters. We sourced every single thing on that to look like the Office Space desk. And I have never felt older than trying to tell GenZ about the movie - they don't get the reference ?????? PS2: The clip this time isn't Office Space because John Barrows is taking a group of us to see Glengarry Glen Ross on Broadway. And the leads should never be weak.

I'm not exaggerating when I say that #RevFest2025 will be the most exclusive and powerful event of the year. And since it's year 1, they only have room for 170 people! If you follow ?? Jen Igartua like me, you've seen her essentially crowd-source many aspects of the agenda right here on Linkedin. (brilliant) As a result, companies like Clay have rushed in to sponsor. It's on June 10th, and I have a hunch I can't make it ... but I want nothing more than to be one of these lucky 170 humans! Here are some details: ?? House of Yes in Brooklyn, NY ?? Content from operators at Snowflake, OpenAI, Ironclad & more ?? Comedy & Entertainment by Adam Conover & Nathan Macintosh ?? Live Podcasts, Facilitated Networking & Other Surprises… Events are having a renaissance this year and Jen/ Go Nimbly are only making it sweeter. If you're a senior leader in RevOps or GTM, you don’t want to miss it. ?? Apply to attend [https://bit.ly/4bHCjWF] #RevFest2025 #GoNimbly #RevOps #ClayPartner #sponsored

AAAAAAAH!!!! THIS WEEK IS THE BEST THIS WEEK IN SAAS EVER. Thank you Deel for the gift of corporate spies! Who needs HBO when you have Silicon Valley happening right here on LinkedIn. I did some casual late night reading of the 48 page lawsuit. And I'm not a liar, so I'll admit I got to page 32 and then got ChatGPT to read the rest. Here’s what we know: ALLEGEDLY. A gentlemen referred to as DS was working at Rippling since 2023 in payroll operations. 4 months ago, his behavior changed drastically. HE WAS TURNED. He went from one of his top searches on slack being dogs, to searching for competitive intel on Deel. An average of 23 times a day. Ripping got wind of it, set up a trap, and caught the guy. What now? Well Deel is denying “legal wrong doing” (not saying they didn’t do it, just that they did not thing illegal). And I’m guessing Justworks, Oyster?, Personio, TriNet and ADP are full feeling pretty full of all the popcorn they've been eating. If I were them, I’d also be doing some analytics on search terms… ?? HERE'S A LIST OF MY FAVORITE DETAILS ?? (add your own in the comments) ????♀? The spy chose to spy on a company that LITERALLY makes the software that manages your laptop.? ?? When confronted the spy locked himself in a bathroom. ?? A plumber was actually called to try to see if a phone was in the pipes. No phone was found. Dublin has huge pipes.? ????When the CFO, they call out it’s the CEO’s dad. I am here for the backwards nepotism. Who wants to hire my mom? ?? Deel & Rippling have been going at it for years, Rippling making an online game called “Snake Oil” and calling the snake Deel is so silly to me. ?? Reminder, I’m not a real reporter, just a girl who likes her GTM TEA. I did however do a lot of sleuthing, chats with ex employees, reddit reading, and boy oh boy is it RIPE with drama.?I suggest you stat with reddit threads.

??♀? Three things that have made the biggest impact on my life, career, and overall mental health: 1. Being curious about people and always assuming good intent. - Maybe they don't deserve it in the end, but just assuming people are good people who sometimes have bad days relieves you of the burden of negative energy. 2. Building actual relationships with people you meet online. - Real question, how to you refer to this group of people?? They're not your coworkers, but they're professional connections, but they're actually friends. I call them my "internet friends" because I think it's funny but I think my mom is starting to worry about me ??♀? 3. Building actual relationships with people in. REAL. LIFE. ?? - If for no other reason than to balance your IRL friend to internet friend ratio. But there's something irreplaceable about experiencing someone's quirks and brilliance in person. Invest in this. In person events are back to pre 2020 days (arguably better, but perhaps I've just gotten better at curating how I spend my time) so this last one should feel accessible. One I'm particularly excited about: RevFest 2025. My Internet Friend Jen Igartua (who is actually a Friend friend these days, but I still think that label is funny) is leading the charge on RevFest and nobody creates thoughtful, interesting experiences like Jen (and Go Nimbly, course) PEOPLE are what make life and careers fun and meaningful. Find your people. Make connections*. Repeat. ?? (And if you're planning to be at RevFest this year, let's connect!!) *and please, for the love of everyone's inbox, the connections I'm referring to here are NOT the same as transactions. Build relationships for the sake of interacting and growing, NOT getting a job/referral/sale/etc. Relationships for the sake of the relationship is the whole dang point. The good stuff follows sincerity. ?? ?? ??♀?
