Financial support for those fighting breast cancer in the Greater Charlotte, NC area.
关于我们
The Go Jen Go Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing critical financial assistance to families in the Greater Charlotte, NC area who are battling breast cancer. The funds help cover day to day needs such as rent, utilities, groceries and transportation costs. Go Jen Go was founded by Joe & Jen Pagani, a Charlotte mom who lost her battle with breast cancer in 2014. Her legacy continues as we help cover the finances so families can focus on their fight against breast cancer.

What do you see when you look in the mirror? Are you kind to yourself? Or do you focus on flaws? Body image isn’t just about appearance—it’s about how you see, feel, and speak to yourself. Your self-talk matters more than you know. Embrace what your body is capable of. Learn from our friend, breast cancer survivor and health coach Lori Sumner MHS, PA-C with Anchor Health Coaching on how to love yourself through body image. https://lnkd.in/eX-VK9NE

Meet Suzanne, one of our amazing grantees who was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in 2022 when her daughter was just 10 months old.? ? In October 2023, just five months after completing her initial treatments, she faced a devastating setback—a brain metastasis. Her oncology team referred her to Go Jen Go, which not only helped cover essential bills for her family but also provided peace of mind, allowing Suzanne to focus on what matters most—her health.? ? Dancing, fundraising, and making a difference. We had the best time at Dancing With The Stars of Charlotte. Huge congrats to all the stars for their amazing performances, and a special shout-out to our friend Matt Matone for raising over $51,000! Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the event brought in more than $600K to support local nonprofits, including Go Jen Go.

We are honored and grateful to have the opportunity to connect one of our grantees, Marie D., with WCNC Charlotte for a story about a bipartisan bill targeting insurance gaps in breast cancer screenings. During her interview, Marie shared the power of teaching dance to support her mental health and how Go Jen Go was the only foundation to provide financial support during her breast cancer journey. Marie, you are a true advocacy champion for our breast cancer community and an inspiration to us all. Thank you for using your voice and dance moves to make a difference for others. https://lnkd.in/eRtkTrfs
