Graduate student teams from the Advanced Proposal Writing course (English 488-689) will provide strategic feedback on near-final or previously submitted proposals, assisting in their alignment with relevant solicitation requirements. Proposals, along with reviewer comments for previously reviewed submissions, are to be submitted by March 24. Participants may also submit previous proposals or articles to aid in the identification of suitable solicitations. Edits and feedback will be made available by May 16, with all submissions handled in strict confidentiality. Heather Dahl is CEO and co-founder of Indicio and has built the company into a global market leader in verifiable identity and data using decentralized identity technology. These include the first successful Digital Travel Credential (DTC) based on International Civil Aviation Organization standards, which is currently in trial deployment with multiple airlines. Indicio’s implementation of the DTC paves the way for replacing paper passports and creates verifiable biometrics that mitigate attempts at fraud through generative AI. For work leading to the DTC, Indicio won a KuppingerCole European Identity and Cloud Award, and a SuperNova Award from Constellation Research. Constellation’s Steve Wilson described Indicio’s work on verifiable data as “leading edge.” Prior to Indicio, Heather led the Sovrin Foundation through its most significant period of growth, and she led research teams at KPMG and at telecommunications firm Neustar. She has served as the chair of the National Press Foundation board of directors and as chair of the Congressional Correspondents Association. She is a member of the Governing Board of the Hyperledger Foundation. Heather is widely regarded as a global thought leader on online privacy and security issues, and she advises governments and global NGOs on decentralized identity applications. Heather is a committed advocate for privacy-preserving cybersecurity technologies. ?????????? ??.??. J.P.
