Are the scorecard items changing behavior? If the goal is to meet with 12 prospects a week and we're averaging ten, but we're not doing anything different, it's not changing behavior. We need to get in and look at that minutia. Why are we not changing our behavior if we're not meeting our goals? ? If we need to have 12 sales a week and we're accomplishing 15, can we increase our metric? We're only trying to accomplish 12 so there must be extra juice to squeeze. Let's deep dive into that and figure it out.
