Get to know Ernest Lefner, Chief Product Officer at Gluware! Ernest Lefner comes to Gluware with over 20 years of financial services IT Leadership experience. Ernest Lefner has held a variety of roles in his career including an executive role at Ernst & Young, and 13+ years building and leading the Fidelity Investments Network Product Management, Cyber Security Engineering organizations. In addition, Ernest spent 5 years as a change agent driving change across infrastructure at Bank of America and most notably built the Network, Voice, and Security Architecture and Engineering organizations during the insourcing of the network from HP. Ernest has also been a powerful industry presence through co-founding the industry organization known as ONUG (Open Networking Users Group) which is focused on sharing IT experiences between members to help the adoption of complex technology like software-defined infrastructure, Automation, and Cloud. Ernest also spent 12 years in the United States Air Force and is passionate about Veterans causes and gives back to the community through his participation and leadership on the North Texas advisory board for Npower organization focused on free training and transitioning of veterans and underprivileged youth into new careers in IT. Get to know Michael Haugh, VP of Product Marketing at Gluware! Michael Haugh brings over twenty-five years of experience and leads Product Marketing at Gluware. Prior to Gluware, Michael was VP of Product Management at ClearPath Networks. He has previously held roles in System Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing at Ixia and Spirent. Michael also worked at IBM Global Services and AT&T in Network Operations, Network Engineering and as a Design Engineer. Get to know Jeff Gray, CEO and Co-Founder at Gluware! Jeff Gray is the CEO and co-founder of Gluware, the leading provider of Intelligent Network Automation. As CEO, he oversees business operations and strategy, as well as the development of enterprise-leading intent-based network automation technologies adopted by some of the largest Global 2000 enterprises from Pharma to Finance. Gray has been a networking industry leader for decades, starting with the commercial development of innovative high-bandwidth networking solutions as a student at California Polytechnic State University. Gray launched his professional career as a networking product manager in the semiconductor industry, where he developed technical networking solutions to power smart grid initiatives. He served as Vice President of Business Development for Yelofin Networks, a virtual network operator; the Director of Business Development for Firefly Communications, a Cisco learning partner; and a management consultant to Deutsche Bank. Gray later moved into managed network services where met future Gluware CSO and co-founder, Olivier Huynh Van. Together, they created the foundation for Gluware out of the mutual need to automate advanced network architectures, initially bootstrapping the company as Glue Networks. Gray is credited with bringing the industry’s first SDN orchestration platform to market and achieving significant blue-chip enterprise adoption. He holds two United States patents for virtual private network technologies, alongside Huynh Van, and is the recipient of a United States Special Congressional Recognition and a United States Congressional Commendation for his service to the business community and entrepreneurial leadership.
