Did you know that a night of poor sleep can reduce insulin sensitivity and raise cortisol levels, leading to glucose volatility? Just one restless night can make your blood sugar harder to manage the next day. The good news? GlucoSense makes it easy to track your sleep alongside your glucose, so you can see how they connect. Let's talk about some ways that you can start restoring your sleep routine: ?? Keep blood sugar stable before bed? Aim for a stable range before bed to avoid nighttime highs or lows. If you tend to drop overnight, a snack with protein and carbs can help. To avoid going high, give yourself some buffer time between your bed time and dinner (or late night desserts) ??? Create a consistent bed time routine Routines can be intimidating to start but remember to start small! A routine can be as simple as brushing your teeth and reading a chapter of a book before bed. ??? Address that stress When stress creeps into your life, try 5-10 minutes of meditation or gentle stretching before going to sleep. Q3: The Big Launch This summer, GlucoSense officially went live on iOS and Android!
