We recently held an immersive trauma bioskills lab at the University of Illinois in Chicago, hosting 3 attendings and 27 residents and medical students. During the lecture, Dr. Evan Dougherty engaged with the attendees and facilitated open participation and discussion. The hands-on approach during the lab elevated the learning experience of all participants and was instrumental in understanding new ways to approach fracture fixation. The residents commented that they loved the experience and were very appreciative of the industry support.
