I'm inspired by the incredible leaders I met during a recent keynote on the theme, "The Future is Female." It was a powerful conversation focused on the unique challenges and opportunities facing women in leadership, especially in the public sector. For many of the directors in the room, this was their first time leading at such a high level. While public speaking skills are essential for everyone, I’ve seen firsthand how a lack of these skills can disproportionately hold women back.
