#WeAreHiring Job Title: Instructional Design and Training Specialist The Specialist will lead the creation and delivery of educational materials for diverse audiences, including internal teams, customer service agents, drivers, and restaurant partners. Combining expertise in instructional design with training leadership, the role focuses on developing resources that promote excellence and consistency across all stakeholders. From onboarding drivers to educating restaurant partners and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring everyone has the tools and knowledge needed to thrive. Key Responsibilities: Instructional Design & Content Development: - Design and create a variety of educational materials, such as digital guides, video tutorials, interactive modules, and live training sessions, tailored for audiences including drivers, customer service teams, restaurant partners, and internal staff. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Technology, Client Support, Marketing) to align content with organizational standards and training needs. - Regularly update and refine educational resources based on feedback and performance data to maintain their relevance and effectiveness. Training Delivery & Facilitation: - Lead training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, adapting delivery methods to suit specific audiences (e.g., onboarding for new drivers, platform training for restaurant partners). - Serve as a primary resource for educational support, addressing inquiries about processes, tools, and best practices. - Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make data-driven improvements. Stakeholder Engagement & Process Improvement: - Work closely with different teams to identify training gaps and propose solutions that improve collaboration and understanding across the delivery network. - Ensure educational materials are user-friendly, accessible, and support a consistent and high-quality experience for all stakeholders. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design to enhance the overall training program. Requirements: 1. Experience:: - 3+ years in instructional design, training, or educational content creation, preferably in logistics, customer service, or technology. - Demonstrated ability to develop materials for diverse audiences, including internal staff and external partners. 2. Skills: - Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS). - Strong communication skills to simplify complex topics for different audiences. - Analytical mindset for assessing training outcomes and improving content. 3 . Preferred: - Background in last-mile logistics, SaaS platforms, or client services. - Familiarity with adult learning principles and user-centered design for intuitive training experiences.
