The Global Citizen, LLC Graduate Fellowship at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health is looking for its next fellow! If you're passionate about public health, social justice, and leadership development, this opportunity will allow you to tackle real-world public health challenges while gaining invaluable experience. As the inaugural fellow, I've had the chance to apply my skills and grow as a leader and collaborator through meaningful work with Global Citizen, LLC. BONUS- this fellowship fulfills your summer practicum requirement and extends through your final year, allowing you to continue building your experience while still in school! That's a wrap for another fun, productive, engaging Duke LGBTQ+ Network Board meeting! It's my honor to share my expertise and serve as the Board's DEIB Committee Co-Chair with Allyson Sutkowi-Hemstreet, PT, DPT, organize exciting programming, represent and engage with alum, and collaborate with Duke staff and other alum affinity group leaders, students, faculty, and staff. Allyson and I will lead actions to advance DEIB on our Board and in our Network and broader community. The Board advocates for stronger LGBTQ+ engagement, policies, and support, and we've organized intersectional events, including: A Conversation on Civil Discourse, LGBTQ+ Families, Black and LGBTQ+, and Gender-Affirming Care.
