As a Freight Broker Agent, You might do your due diligence and join a company that has a perfect credit score and works with most factoring companies out there, BUT this does not mean it will always be so, unfortunately. Some freight brokerages?experience?a decline in?credit scores, and it can be caused by various reasons, like slow billing operations or short-staffing, sudden increase in volume, and inability to handle on-time payments, etc. This affects agents` operations, as they will start to hear from carriers "You are not approved?by our factoring".
