Aligned with the global movement for equality and inclusion, the third year of the Global Wellness Institute’s (GWI) Susie Ellis Scholarship for Equity in Wellness saw over 300 applications from 60+ countries, according to the fund’s creator, Executive Director and Chief Creative Officer NANCY DAVIS. The Global Wellness Summit Advisory Board awarded the 2024 Scholarship to: Cida Ghosn, a Brazilian-Lebanese architect specializing in affordable housing and sustainable design; Linda Kirk, founder of the UK’s Just for Women Centre, supporting mental health for trauma-affected women and girls; and Anna Petrova, a pioneering Ukrainian entrepreneur. Last year’s selectee, Michelle Saudan, founder of Amanzi Wellbeing, will also attend.
