GTS Virtual Health (GTS) is a device agnostic Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Telehealth SaaS platform. We understand the complexity of our current healthcare system and the importance of reducing costs while providing quality care to chronic condition patients that account for the majority of costs of the healthcare system. GTS Virtual Health is a SaaS based Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Telehealth software which manages chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disorders and other conditions. Our market includes Government Agencies that serve as both the care provider and payor such as the Veteran's Administration and the US Military, Self Insured Employers, the Home Health industry, Hospital Systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC); insurance providers and Physician groups. GTS was awarded FedRAMP certification in January 2022 and is the only device agnostic RPM SaaS platform that is FedRamp authorized.
