Founded in 2001, GTS started with two employees and two service providers in Detroit. Today, we work with over 70 carrier partners to serve over 3,000 customers globally with a 95% retention rate. Our team is dedicated, supportive, consistent and entirely carrier agnostic – we are unbiased and available as an extension of your staff. We’ve grown our staff and our locations, expanding from our historic Corktown location to Arizona and Georgia, all to best serve our partners and customers. In short, we strive to be the best communications consulting firm in the industry, period. And you don’t have to take our word for it. Wow! What a great first day of our Partner Advisory Council trip. Having the opportunity to have our partners collaboratively work together to strategize, plan, and be transparent with what their craving more of from not only GTS, but from the channel as a whole…was awe inspiring. With a strong focus on community, evangelizing their connections with each other and the resources they have to strengthen their businesses and client relationships, our partners are on the right track to success. Happy Monday! This is a two for one kind of post…because our team has been busy! ??♀???Let’s recap! Last week our Director of Cybersecurity Brian Schneble and our Field CTO Rob Wetterer attended the Bridgepointe Technologies Tech Summit. The event provided valuable insights from the BPT team about current market trends. Their observations confirmed how GTS can effectively support application and infrastructure modernization, which are currently amongst some top priorities! Kudos to their team for hosting a wonderful event. ??Saturday Brian Schneble, GTS Senior Channel Manager Jamie Boedeker and Director of Marketing Mari Jackson attended the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT) Gala at MGM Casino in Detroit. What a beautiful evening highlighting women in the fields of STEM, and looking forward to what’s promised to be a strong future for the next generation of women in tech.

This morning GTS was proud and thrilled to attend the Metro Detroit’s Best & Brightest Conference to not only receive our award for 2024, but to learn about the future of business wellness. As a B&B awardee, it was a well spent morning sharing a space with fellow awardees, with a big focus on navigating the Modern Workplace, we enjoyed learning from experts on their perspectives on culture, employee engagement and wellbeing.
