Thanksgiving may be behind us, but the gratitude doesn’t stop here! Now that we’ve had our Thanksgiving fill (even though we’re still dreaming about pie), we’re shifting gears and diving headfirst into the holiday spirit! This season, we’re excited to continue spreading joy, celebrating together, and cherishing what matters most—each other.

Today, we honor the brave men and women who have served and sacrificed for our nation. At Global Seaport Services, Inc., we recognize the dedication and commitment of our veterans and their families, and we are grateful for the freedoms they protect!

This Halloween, NETCO donated 60 trees to Lanier Middle School through the non-profit Trees for Houston. Global Seaport Services, Inc. had the privilege of participating in the planting event alongside the NETCO team. Industry professionals gathered to engage in insightful discussions, network, and foster connections. This event provided an excellent opportunity to collaborate with peers and gain valuable insights into our evolving industry. We look forward to next year's conference and the ongoing dialogue it inspired.

At last week's AFOA in Nasvhille, TN - which the Global Seaport Services team attended - there was a lot of opinions about whether or not the Blenders Tax Credit (BTC) will get extended. It is getting down to the wire... and still no clarity on PTC (45Z) from the tax department. Hence - can confirm - no deals are being made for Q1 2025. What do you think?
