Executive Recruiter - Health Benefits Brokers, Sales Directors, Producers, Marketing, Health Care Ops/IT, Ops Excellence Phone: (804) 932-6144 Email: [email protected]
Just posted a Senior Underwriter position - hybrid in Philadelphia. We are looking for someone with deep experience in self-funded, stop-loss, and health benefits. My client is fast growing, employee centric firm with an appreciation of work-life balance and they continue to add new business units, plenty of opportunity for career growth.

Posted Positions vs Open Positions vs Number of Hires: What's the difference? Over the past several weeks multiple people have asked me why positions seem to be posted, then go away, then come back later. For example, today I have a Chief of Staff and a Quoting Coordinator role posted on Linked In. However, if you go to www.GRNRichmond.com you will see that we have 2 Chief of Staff roles, a Strategic Account Executive, a dotNET Developer, and a Quoting Coordinator. Five active positions and we plan to hire 7-10 people over the next 90 days just for these five. Over the years I have found that Linked In postings "get stale" after about 2 weeks. That's why I rotate those and you can always find all the active roles on my website - www.GRNRichmond.com. In addition, as part of the GRN Recruiting Network, I am one of about 200 owners and at any one time we have 1,000+ open roles. We are each a separate franchise and we support each other with candidates. Hope that helps!
