NV5’s GRS Team were recently awarded an equity Property Condition Report on Student Housing property in Urbana, IL with a commercial and residential real estate property developer. This project is currently underway and consists of 168 units in 11 buildings with approximately 162,000 rentable square feet.?The primary use of the property is Student Housing with proximal distance to the University of Illinois.?It’s expected to deliver in early November for a mid-month closing.
