    Black History Month is a call to action— a reminder to amplify Black excellence and advocate for equity. During #BlackHistoryMonth, we celebrate the countless contributions of Black leaders, innovators, and change makers, including one of our Global Prairie employee owners, Kearra Johnson. Kearra designed and produced the Revolution Card Deck, a deck of playing cards honoring Black leaders. From Malcolm X to Michelle Obama, these cards celebrate remarkable individuals, as well as educate and inspire. Over 5,000 decks have been sold around the world and have been featured on NPR, CNN, and FastCompany. To honor both Black History Month and our colleague, Kearra, each member of our Global Prairie team received a deck of their own.     One of our favorite times of the year, Global Prairie Philanthropy Week, was a huge success as we came together to make an impact on our communities and our Global Prairie culture.? ? Our Giving Tuesday efforts raised $34,000 for 160 different nonprofits around the world! ? Our employee owners documented 253 random acts of kindness. ? We packed and donated 700 HOPE kits from MATTER ? filled with essential care supplies for local community members. ? We organized a donation drive for items requested by organizations that support survivors of domestic abuse (Newhouse, My Sister's Place, DC, SafeHouse Denver, Inc., and Journey Center for Safety and Healing). ? It was incredible to see how our small individual efforts together made a big impact — a testament to employee ownership, teamwork, and a culture of philanthropy!? ? #GlobalPrairie?#EmployeeOwnership #GivingBack #BCorp #CommunityImpact #PhilanthropyWeek

    What an incredible discussion in Austin this week at?#HCIC24, healthcare’s most forward-thinking digital marketing conference! Grateful and honored to have our Douglas Bell moderate a panel discussion chock full of practical insights and takeaways from the following all-star panelists we’re proud to call valued clients: ? Stuart Dill, SVP and Chief Marketing Officer, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, who underscored the need to “Simplify to Amplify” when it comes to building a unified brand as a foundation for growth.? Paul Matsen, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer,?Cleveland Clinic, who demonstrated how the Clinic has brought “community impact” to life by eliminating traditional barriers to employment—such as degree requirements—which has brought new opportunities to the communities they serve. Nikki Moll,?Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, Baylor Scott & White Health, who highlighted the success of the Center’s MyBSWHealth app, a powerful tool for patient engagement and loyalty. Rob Whitehouse,?VP Marketing & Community Relations,?TriHealth, who detailed how this venerable Cincinnati institution embraces collaboration even with non-traditional “competitors” to extend its services and scale in ways that align with their local brand identity.
