At the 9th Annual Global Lyme Alliance Gala, we had the privilege of honoring Rob Kobre for his unwavering dedication to the fight against Lyme disease and his enormous contributions to GLA. His heartfelt speech touched on the values that drive his mission: "My parents always told me and my brother Steve that 'you have no right to complain unless you’re willing to do something about it.' Well, I just want to say to my mom, who is 86 years old and here tonight, and to my Dad who can’t be — I heard you. And I did something about it. We all did. And we’re not stopping now." Rob’s leadership has been transformative, pushing for groundbreaking research and patient support that continue to impact so many.
