Glenn Agre secured a key victory for VC executive Stacy Chang in her dispute with former Thrasio CEO Carlos Cashman. In its ruling, the court denied Cashman’s motion for summary judgment virtually in its entirety, setting the stage for a March 2025 trial. Ms. Chang claims Mr. Cashman fraudulently induced her to leave Founders Fund based on false promises.
