With the UN General Assembly in New York this week, I had the opportunity to discuss how US investment in energy in Latin America can deepen the ties within the region through a series of high-level meetings with government officials from Panama, Colombia, and the US. I was honored to have the opportunity to speak with, among others, Assistant Secretary Brian Andrew Nichols from the US State Department, President Mulino of Panama, and President Petro of Colombia about the important regulatory issues facing the countries where we work in Latin America and how Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC & EnfraGen, LLC can help each country achieve its energy transition goals. We’re happy to share that Glenfarne Energy Transition, LLC's export terminal, Texas LNG has executed a binding tolling agreement with EQT Corporation for 2 million tonnes per annum of #LNG. The definitive agreement follows the signing and announcement of two separate Heads of Agreement between the parties earlier this year. Texas LNG is quickly accelerating to a final investment decision.
