Thank you Chris Shirley, P.E, and to all at AECOM Tishman , The Moinian Group , ULMA Construction , CMC , Empire Transit Mix & U.S. Crane and Rigging for working so well together & building this beautiful addition to Downtown Manhattan.
We celebrated our Project at 7 Platt Street yesterday: the completion of our concrete superstructure on this beautiful 460ft tall tower. Located near Wall Street - we built each floor on a 3 day-cycle neogiating around the tricky logistics downtown. Congratulations to all the AECOM Tishman team. Our client was the The Moinian Group. Our concrete contractor was GLENCO CONTRACTING who did a phenomenal job. Hill West Architects and my old company WSP were the architects and structural engineers respectively. Thomas Auringer provided & operated the tower crane, a Favco 440 electric model. Thanks also to Domani Consulting.

The finish line is in sight at 25 Water Street !
We are excited to provide an update on the construction progress of the 32-story office-to-residential conversion and expansion at 25 Water Street in the Financial District. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by GFP Real Estate, Metro Loft Management, and Rockwood Capital, this project, managed by Pavarini McGovern, will convert the building into 1,300 apartments, making it the largest conversion of its kind in the U.S. The 1.1 million-square-foot property is undergoing a complete gut renovation, which includes a 10-story overbuild, new expansive windows, and a sleek white fa?ade. The fa?ade features RD Coating, a UV-stable air and vapor barrier, which is currently taking shape. Stay tuned for more updates as we approach completion next year! Exciting progress update from our project site at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS).?The curtain wall installation is well underway at The Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Tower, a significant 12-story waterfront expansion project at the HSS main campus located on Manhattan's Upper East Side. This new addition, designed by EwingCole, is set to span 100,000 square feet over FDR Drive, seamlessly connecting to the main hospital wing via a sky bridge.
