Valley Road in Beavercreek Township is located adjacent to the Lewis A. Jackson Airport. The sale closed Oct. 2 for $2.35 million to Greene County Ohio Board of County Commissioners. The sale was led by Tom Kretz, vice president of commercial real estate for Glasshouse Realty Group."
