1 个月Last week one of my clients experienced the power of body doubling. We created a short plan to help him set it up and execute. He didn’t believe it would help much but was blown away at how impactful it was. I think that finding a body double is the hardest part. A complete stranger through online doesn’t work for him. A good friend doesn’t work. But, being in a library, where others are working did!
