Words cannot begin to express the depth of my gratitude… my heart is so full right now.. God is faithful.. I am so beyond grateful to Comerica Bank Hatch Detroit TechTown Detroit for this amazing opportunity, and all of the help, support, and encouragement that took place behind-the-scenes to help make this happen. To the other finalists, you are ALL amazing! I am excited for all the amazing things I know are in store for you and you know that if I can support you in anyway, I am here for it. This entire journey has been nothing short of amazing. To my amazing mom, Aleata Cartwright the visionary who believed in our City when many did not, I say thank you! To my awesome brother and mentor Art Cartwright of Global Empowerment Ministries who has taught me everything I know about business and works tirelessly to mentor and help Detroiters start, grow and scale businesses I say thank you! This will be a safe space where under privileged and underserved members of the community and women who have been victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and returning citizens will be gainfully employed. More importantly, my goal is to equip them with everything they need to become business owners themselves and put legacies in place for their families and future generations as well.
