I was honored to participate in the ALFA International Managing Partner's Forum in Chicago. It was a fantastic opportunity for managing partners from member firms to convene and discuss common leadership challenges. We explored how cross-practice collaboration can drive revenue growth, despite significant internal headwinds. Tools like blank space analysis are invaluable, enabling firm leaders to prioritize BD planning and address key questions such as: - Who are our largest clients? - What do we do for them? - Who are the Relationship Partners? - How else can we serve them? We also examined the numerous benefits of Managing Partners meeting with key decision-makers. The "Voice of the Client" initiatives demonstrated that firms engaging in this practice reap only positive outcomes.
