Yesterday marked our 12th annual Responsib'All Day here at Pernod Ricard. Responsib'All Day is our global day of action, where 20,000 employees worldwide stop working for the day to give back to our communities. ? This year's theme was all about circularity, a key pillar in our 2030 Sustainability & Responsibility roadmap ‘Good Times from a Good Place’. We focused on reducing our impact and engaging in projects linked to more circular modes of consumption and production. From park clean ups to revitalizing urban food gardens to creating community rain barrels to building pollinator houses, picnic tables, mosaic pieces, bouquets and more from upcycled materials - all 2000 of our North American colleagues across 18 sites partnered with 28 local not-for-profit organizations to make it happen. ? Thank you to all of you who participated in this fantastic day! A particular shout out to all the site leads who helped plan and execute events across Canada and the United States and to our partners at Give To Get - thank you!

Today, as part of a quarterly sales and strategy meeting, our Swire Coca-Cola, USA team gathered with our awesome brand partners in Denver, CO to volunteer with Give To Get. The teams assembled STEM Robots for JEKL ORGANIZATION For STEAM Education and Career Readiness Kits for USO Colorado. What a fun and unique volunteer experience!

During Amazon's Global Month of Volunteering, I had the opportunity to help organize an amazing event - assembling Solar Science Stations/STEM kits for donation to youth organizations fostering STEM education. These innovative kits allow students to explore solar energy hands-on, learning circuitry, wiring, electricity, and the scientific method - all while nurturing critical thinking skills. The completed kits were donated to two local nonprofits, ready to ignite curiosity and cultivate the next generation of innovators through engaging STEM programs. Another #benevitylive in the rearview and after some time to rest I'm reflecting on all the good things and incredible people that assembled last month. I count myself extremely fortunate to work on this project - bringing people together to learn how to create even more impact in their communities and around the world...it's a pretty special week. Always wonderful to meet so many clients and be together! I know people say things are a "team effort" but this is a labour of love (and hustle) by the incredible group of humans that lead this conference: Jennifer Wierzbicki, Lauren Gilley, Amanda Stephenson - you are stars. To Matt Matheson - I don't know what's more fun, working together or seeing you in conversation with the inspirational José Andrés from World Central Kitchen. To Carleigh Simpson, who slayed all the campaign details and to our entire creative team to produced meaningful words and beautiful things to see at every turn - thank you. Also on this team is every Benevity-ite who attends in person or online, or supports those who do, so they can make magic happen. To all of you who spoke, hosted, volunteered, did every little thing - thank you x a million. The possibilities for volunteering your time are endless, and this includes virtual opportunities as well. Last week, I was privileged as the Amplification Lead to be the host of a virtual volunteer event on behalf of the EmpowHER ERG. The event was co-hosted in collaboration with Give To Get an organization that strives help organizations to bring about social change through impactful programs, campaigns, and initiatives. https://www.givetoget.com. Virtual volunteers dialed in from as near as Chesapeake and as far as California. At Cox, the wellness and mental health of employees are of paramount importance. This event extended that priority to young girls at Girls on the Run Hampton Roads. The kits they will receive include hair scrunchies, stickers with inspiring quotes, and journal starters to help them express themselves while journaling, among other fun items. Shoutout to Stephanie DeWald, Shawan Allen and Tiffany Brooks for connecting the ERG with GOTRHRD. We are eagerly looking forward to hearing about the girls' experiences with their kits and the positive impact they have had on their lives.
